This course is a professional training for Lean Six Sigma Green Belt specialists. The training takes place online - the participant gets acquainted with the training materials, attends webinars, communicates 1-on-1 with a certified coach.

The aim of the course is the acquisition of skills that allow you to solve complex, intricate problems present in the organization. After training, you will learn methods for identifying such chronic problems, special tools to determine the root causes, as well as effective ways to address them.

The training course was prepared in conjunction with the Juran Institute, the world leader in the field of training of the Lean concepts. If necessary, upon successful completion of the course, participants can receive an international certificate.

The aim of the course is to develop your skills in using Lean tools and methods, as well as leadership qualities and skills, for the implementation of a large-scale improvement project throughout the organization.
